The floorplan of this modern executive home in a popular Glen Iris location won't surprise too many. The living areas are a good size, there a good number of bedrooms, and the internal access from the garage is good. It is however a little pokey through the hall areas, the kitchen lacks direct access to natural light and the spa/pool is located rather close to the rear sliding door near the family room, which may concern some.  Bourne Road is not far from Ferndale Park, Glen Iris Primary and the M1. It is a pretty leafy street and is generally well received by buyers as it features mainly good sized family homes. We would expect this to attract reasonable interest in accordance with similar offers (Lincoln, Doonkuna) recently.
