A classic Toorak 1920's home in a street that commands strong prices. Position of home is more to the rear of the block, however the house is designed around bringing the light into the living areas running along the north side of the home's east west orientation. Upstairs bedrooms work well and being picky would liked to have seen an option for a master downstairs as well. Land size and a classic establishment feel says around the $5m quote is achievable, however the final judgement is made by the market.
