This neat timber period home is very private and located in a convenient central Hawthorn area. The floor plan will take some working out - the lay-out does meander a bit and bathroom area is small. The land size on paper is reasonable, but a square block shape is not ideal. The front yard area, while a good size, is not of any great use. That said, the rear courtyard and open plan living area works quite well and is perhaps the highlight. The feel is quite good.
