This property is just a short walk to the famous Toorak Road Shopping precinct with its array of cafes, restaurants and retail. Connection to the South Eastern freeway, Toorak Road tram and Grange Road bus make for the ideal location if you are reliant on public or private transport. This property's location also creates some concerns as traffic noise is severe and would limit your capacity for quiet enjoyment of the front court yard. Double glazing could be added to buffer any internal noise as it doesn’t exist at the moment. Internally the rooms are smallish and there is a considerable lack of storage space, particularly in the bedrooms. This lack of wardrobe space is obvious as it has been necessary to turn the study into a walk in wardrobe. If you were prepared to work through the storage issues, lack of a usable laundry, no down stairs toilet and repaint in side -you could transform this property into a more appealing proposition.
