
A good home overall. Lower level garage with direct entry to home a positive. Laundry on ground floor not ideal, especially as all bedrooms are on the third level, perhaps limiting the number of people the home would suit. Kitchen and dining/family room relationship not the open plan living we are used to these days, however, it may be possible to improve this. A good sized lounge/dining room with full windows onto a private courtyard. Being the front unit on the block, traffic noise can be heard from inside. Double glazing the windows would improve this. The courtyard, however, receives loud noise from cars and trams. A large main bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite together with spare bedroom and bathroom are situated on the third level. It is nice to see a main bedroom of this size, as it is not common for these types of homes. The central position works well, with easy access to shops and transport. Malvern Road, however, is a busy road carrying both cars and trams and the noise is constant.
