With no tricky floor levels to overcome, and just enough space and garden to enjoy and maintain, this front villa would suit a downsizer couple. A professional couple (perhaps with a young child) would also look at this small home with an approving eye as an entry level opportunity in a great location. The floorplan works quite well - there is a second bathroom, but space may become a bit tight beyond the pre-school years. The kitchen and two bathrooms have been updated in recent times, ensuring no obvious immediate cash injections are required. There is enough accommodation to be comfortable, and with an additional room for a study/home office or play area everyone should be able to get some 'quiet time' if needed. Two small garages are a good feature, and their secure access to the inner courtyard is a plus. One garage would appeal as a storage area ; very handy in a smaller home. The courtyards are comfortable but not large, however with Central Park and Hedgely Dene gardens only a short stroll away, this will more than cover all your walking and footy kicking needs. A quiet area walking distance to shops and tram and gardens, this one is a good option for downsizers or new families.
