Plenty of appeal and many inclusions from the "wish" list for those looking for a new home without the hassle of building.   All rooms are well proportioned.  There are four bedrooms - all good sizes, each with its own ensuite or semi ensuite, although I would have liked to see a bedroom/bathroom combination on the ground floor.  The kitchen is well positioned but many may expect a home of this standard/size to include a butler's pantry.  The stairs to the lower level are cleverly concealed behind kitchen doors.  Over three levels, the property could have been further improved with the inclusion of a lift.  The rear yard is south facing with a paved area and pool.  This may restrict those looking for a home with somewhere for the children to play, however, may appeal to those looking for a lower maintenance lock and leave option.  For those with older children, the downstairs room and gym, however, could be a real bonus, though they may like to lock the cellar door!  Given the amount of interest at the first open, emotion could be strong.  From a financial point of view you are  buying a lot of house.
