From the street you don't get this home's big points and they are all about the living spaces. Light, flow, size and space and all in one big area. Pool out front and yard out back really does work in this layout (that's unusual). The dining room while not my taste is well positioned and a good space. Good garage sizing. The upstairs is a bit too smart with the stairs really only providing nuisance value rather than an architectural statement. The bedroom themselves work and the master has good separation and light and garden views. Area is coming along all the time and is a nice walking distance from both beach and shopping/train. Cosmetically it may need some work to suit some families but the flow and bones are good.
