Comments on 10 Queen Street SURREY HILLS

Modern new home, which has and has been thoughtfully designed to suit the block, and capture northern sun.  Appointment of fixtures and add-ons internally is above average, yet there is further scope to improve this with landscaping etc.  Bedroom separation is good and the workshop off the garage area is a nice plus - important these days for modern, two family that needs extra space for bikes, sporting equipment et al.  Queen Street is very good one - well placed, leafy, intimate in scale and it contains essentially pretty original homes (many of which have been well renovated). Given this, not quite sure how buyers will receive the façade here - it is somewhat clinical and very different for the street - of course landscaping could mediate things, in time.
