Comments on 11 Wiringa Avenue CAMBERWELL

Three years on, it was good to visit this home again, which has been sensibly renovated over a single level. For me the success of the plan was the bedroom separation - kids to one side with a small 'TV' area and the master bedroom suite near but away from this, enjoying good north light and outlook into the backyard. Location is within a quieter area, yet this would be seen as only an average precinct for Camberwell. Hill position and a north facing rear which fans out to the rear are other positives here.
