Comments on 119 Stanhope Street MALVERN

A nicely-renovated Edwardian home which would ideally suit the lifestyle of an older family. Floor-to-ceiling glass in the rear open-plan area really helps with light into the smallish kitchen and meals area, connecting this area nicely to the pool. Some may find the backyard a little tight - although it is private. Car garaging is a big plus with this property, even if access is not direct into house, and the single level layout does make this very liveable. A rear study provides a good option for an older parent or overseas guests. Stanhope is a pretty Malvern Street, although no. 119 is located at the eastern end away from Glenferrie Road, which may be a concern for some.
