While the facade of this home is a little dated, it has a fully renovated interior and a very practical floorplan for families.  The position is such that you can walk to some of Bayside's best private schools, as well as Hampton Street shops, restaurants and station. All the bedrooms are upstairs, although, with a shower in the downstairs powder room, the study or 'gym' could double as a fifth or guest bedroom. The large gum tree, positioned so close to the house, may concern some buyers. Having passed in at auction on Saturday, was the lack of interest on the day because of the price or the property?
