Double storey terrace with a purpose built library and views over the CBD. The property has a Northern rear orientation and encompasses a very private and attractive courtyard. The terrace itself features three big bedrooms, fitted library, study, living, meals, kitchen and an outhouse. Unfortunately the extension which includes the kitchen/meals area is of an average to poor standard and does not complement the existing dwelling. Good Clifton hill location with Darling Gardens and all the amenities of Collingwood being a short walk. No onsite carparking. Suitable for investors and smaller families.
