Comments on 124 Stokes Street PORT MELBOURNE

A well renovated, single-fronted Art Deco home which would suit a modern young family quite well. Four bedrooms is a big plus in this area and  the rear open-plan living area is a good size and connects well to the rear courtyard. Being close to Graham Street could be concern in terms of noise, that said the two-storey residence to the northern side could baffle this to some extent and the location is close to Bay Street shops, Graham Street light rail station and the beach.
