Comments on 13 Palmer Avenue BALWYN

A modern lock-and-leave home which has been well detailed and enjoys prized northern rear orientation. There is a lot to like about the floor plan - the bedroom separation is good, the kitchen setup works well and links cleverly to a hidden laundry and pantry areas, and the garage is a generous size and has added storage/workshop areas. Perhaps for some the position could be of concern - it is little away from Whitehorse Rd. The pool is smallish and the rear open plan area lacks space near the kitchen for a meals area. Style is also not your standard French Provincial reproduction type that has been such a proven winning formula in this area.
