A very good property, in a great location - close to many of Melbourne's best private and public schools. Public transport is also well catered for with the tram in Brighton Road and Ripponlea Station a short walk away. The house itself is a solid original 1930s Art Deco classic with most of the surrounding properties similar in style. Internally the layout has all the rooms in the right place with good connection to the rear north facing courtyard. The finishes are all of a very high standard and you could move in without anything to spend. Los Angles Close is a very good street and properties are tightly held in this popular location -as a cul de sac it carries little through traffic although noise was clearly audible whilst I was standing in the street. The big issue here is the lack of off street car parking and what effect it will have on long term capital growth.  This property will appeal to the investor market, retirees and first time buyers probably with or without young children looking for their first home.
