From the street, the house has a pretty facade and an inviting entry that sits up nicely from the front yard. The floorplan works okay and the bedrooms are in the right place. What isn't in the right place is the bathroom: it is central to the home on the ground level, interrupting the flow from front to back as a result. Architecturally speaking, it would be logical and relatively easy to relocate this to where the fourth bedroom is now, making it an ensuite / WIR. The rear section of the house is also an opportunity for further upgrade. Presently the cut-off kitchen and bagged brickwork does this no favours. Again - this would be an easy fix. Backyard width and upstairs layout were pleasant suprises.  The position compliments the package very well - it is an easy walk to the Middle Camberwell Shops and Woolworths supermarket, as well as to public transport.
