Quality designed and built modern townhouse, which has prized northern rear orientation and a modern floor plan that offers a great lock-and-leave option (ideally suited for a downsizing couple) in one of Canterbury's best streets. To be picky, secondary bedrooms and the study did seem a little narrow and perhaps this house for some may lack another floor level. That all said this is classy and it should attract good interest at the right level.
