House is well presented yet for many may take a bit to work out when walking through. Lacking a larger open plan living area and taller ceilings to the rear would be among concerns here, yet some changes inside and a modern rear renovation could transform this no end. The depth of the block was the biggest plus for me; rear yard although south facing to the house is a great size and the detached bungalow to the end boundary could prove a convenient and comfortable option for guests or even for an older parent / teenager. Henrietta is quite well placed (close to Glenferrie and Riversdale Roads) yet the street is narrow. Would expect competition here as this is a property which affords many options and therefore should attract a wide cast of buyers.
