It's pretty hard to fault the package of this large, modern home located on the Golden Mile. It has almost all the lifestyle options a modern family could want. Perhaps it is lacking a bedroom on the first floor and, for a five person family, bedroom four is on the small side. Road noise and the southern rear orientation are also concerns, yet the size of the block compensates for this in many ways. The outlook from the kitchen/open living area directly out over the pool and the court is very good and perhaps the key highlight to the home. Other living areas are well separated. Overall, this is a great package for those wanting space and a modern ready-made home to live in now.
