Original period home which has an impressive façade and entry area. Covered parking is a plus and many will like the outdoor studio space (yet it does take yard position primacy) and study off the kitchen. Floor plan may not work for everybody - main bedroom does not have a direct access to a bathroom (i.e. ensuite) and the first floor may lack a bedroom / living area for an average family. We often find 2 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down can be tricky - and this could be the case here also. In addition informal living area did feel a bit narrow. That all said perhaps some internal changes could address this all OK. Land size on paper is impressive, yet a good portion of this is taken up at the front and therefore is not private. This is feel-good family home, which should attract reasonable interest at the right price point.
