Comments on 17 Crellin Grove CAMBERWELL

This is a wonderfully transformed Art Deco home with an ideal northern rear orientation. The rear living area is a real highlight - the long stone island bench did it for me. Concerns from a buyer's perspective are the detached and distant garage access to the kitchen/open plan living area, as well as the lack of acoustic separation between the rear living area and the bedrooms. The position is very good, and has come a long way in recent years, with local shops such as Leo's having done wonders for this area. There are plenty of lifestyle pluses here - and I imagine many modern families would like this. Off the back of the strong sale in Hunter Street recently, this should have good support.
