This is one of the nicest two storey Victorian terraces I have seen in a long time. The floorplan flexibility works well for a Victorian terrace, and while the kitchen and family room are not overly large, they are well positioned and connect well to the landscaped courtyard. The courtyard has been cleverly designed, with espaliered trees positioned on the boundary walls to maximise space for summer BBQs and entertaining. At the end of the courtyard, hidden behind the Star Jasmine, is a good sized garage that is easily accessible from the rear. Concerns for buyers may be the uneven nature of the first floor hallway, typical of all two storey terraces, as the up and down nature of the landing may become annoying over time. This type of period property doesn’t always attract as many buyers as other period homes, which may affect competition on the day.
