Comments on 18 Ormond Street KENSINGTON

This single fronted period home is located within an exceptional pocket of Kensington. Leafy trees, close to transport, local shops and cafes it does have a significant amount to offer. The dwelling however has a rather odd deign with the bathroom being located to the rear and effectively outside. As a result of this an enclosed area has been constructed to the western boundary of the building which in turn affects natural light.  The property does benefit for a Northern rear orientation however due to the building to the east being unusually high sunlight is still an issue. Suitable for first home buyers and investor's.  Property currently rented at $1782 per month till September 2010.
