Comments on 1B Stradbroke Avenue TOORAK

All things considered, this property has held its look reasonably well, given it is around 12 years old. Built to a fairly standard formula for this price range, albeit with some class, it works for what it is . With the emphasis on the formal and with an obvious recent K&B special facelift, it should attract position buyers looking for a lock-and-leave. Some issues a buyer would need to contend with is the lack of a lift and the limited backyard. However, the yard is north-facing, with potential for even greater light. And the living spaces mostly work, including upstairs, which has an unusual double master set up ideal for snorers or couples who just like to sleep separately. As for price, the question is whether the current sellers will get their money back. The quote says maybe, and the market probably says the same. Time will tell as to whether the buyer strength is there. But with one of the best agents in the business in the saddle, somebody is in for a fight either way (a polite one of course).
