One of the better blocks on offer this year in terms of street width, size, orientation and position. The agent says it can be bulldozed (STCA) and it probably will be. Should have very solid interest at what the market deems a satisfactory price level. What is that $3,000 a sqm?  - $4,000 a sqm? This land is as good as it gets and is superior to many golden mile blocks (that are not absolute beachfront). Bert Stewart gives you a fair shake, so the market will determine the result. Rated as Land Only.
