This is good sized land in a good location and it will immedatiely appeal to many especially in this time of low stock. This property will benefit from an upgrade.

It has an average street presence but a good sized feel upon entry and a pretty and symmetrical look from the backyard. Standing in the back yard I could hear the train but it did sound in the distance. Wide street in a practical position - it's a walk to beach and shops from here.

The house is ready to move into if the number of bedrooms are enough - the question is what can you do with this house and how much will it cost because sometime in the future (if not now) it may not appeal to many families as there is no master bedroom suite and the family area may need improving especially if you've got more than 2 kids.

Feels like it had really good width but upon checking the title it's 50 wide.   Average bathroom fittings and good kitchen fittings with average kitchen benches which is ok if you are planning on updating the home to your taste.

There are 3 steps down to the family area so this may deter those with toddlers and it's a slightly awkward family area as it feels like a thoroughfare to the outside, laundry and the extra bathroom. I like the original features in the front rooms and the width of the hallway is good.  

Right now this home feels like 2 good sized bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and a study - could this become 4 bedrooms? The plus is that there's 2 living areas. The central bathroom design won't appeal to many families with the open shower but another bonus is that there's an additional bathroom in the back of the home.

Agent saying lots of interest already upon my inspection.

This is a home for position buyers - planning to stay for the long term  - with a view to extending to suit their needs as an older family and empty nesters.
