Comments on 2 Summerlea Grove HAWTHORN

Summerlea Grove is a lovely little cul de sac just off Scotch Hill and the River Precincts. The home does need a renovation and is south facing but it also does have a really good feel about it. Is quite livable at the moment and has a good flow internally. Upstairs has good views. Development options include a complete rebuild -one note of warning maybe what is happening on the neighbouring block? Overall a good package.

Mal James's Comments on 2 Summerlea Grove HAWTHORN

Although the house is very livable could be further imporved quite easily (ie ensuite to the first floor study area). Flats in the street are a bit of a concern (ie overflow parking from visitors)  yet the views to the city are very, very good and unlikley to buit out in any major way.
