The design is modern but not over the top, the complex is small - so there is limited traffic along the main driveway and the couryard off the family/kitchen area faces north. The living areas are classy and the unit has a lot of light. It close to the beach but it is on North Road which always carries traffic. It would be a convenient spot for those not wanting to ever leave Brighton. It would also work for those with a beach house down the coast
