Indoor/outdoor connection to the deck area and overall flow is good and being on a single level most would find this quite easy to live-in. No ensuite here yet this could be incorporated if you chose to sacrifice a bedroom to the northern side. Facade is original but it does not have brilliant appeal, mainly due to the sloping roof form. Overall not a bad property in an average Malvern East location.
