This well-renovated period home has genuine wow and, with its functional floorplan, will appeal to small families, downsizers and couples. For a small Victorian terrace, this property has a nice open feel due the extra land on the south side of the property which has allowed the architect a little extra freedom in the design process. Every effort has been made to maximise light and the many black powder coated windows and door frames contrast nicely against the neutral wall colour. The added skylights also give the property a bright and airy feel. Despite the narrowness of the rear lane, it is possible to park one car off-street, and with patience you could possibly fit in two cars if you were going away. The most practical use would be for one car parked on the angle. For buyers with a second car it may need to be parked on the street, which will not be to everyone’s liking. Hard to go wrong here with the convenient location, period facade, clever finishes and off-street car parking.
