PASSED IN - $2,550,000
No bids at all for Greg Costello on this well-situated, substantial home in the heart of Brighton - why could this be? It's hard to say but nevertheless, it passed in on a vendor bid of $2,550,000. People still want to live in Brighton, so this property should soon sell. Crowd of 50 people and a quiet vibe. ...

Comments on 22 Oak Grove BRIGHTON

From the front, this appears to be a small period home, but once in side, there is a large modern extension which caters well for the larger families.  There is good separation between the main bedroom and others.  There are three living areas, the main kitchen/family room opening well to the outdoor entertainment area and pool.  The rear northerly orientation of the block allows good light into the family areas.  There is garaging for only one car, but this is common with period homes.  Positioned an easy walk to Bay Street shops and station is another positive.  Likely to appeal to a variety of family combinations.
