
The location here is fantastic and the street is home to many great looking period properties. The street appeal is good, and the house does have a nice outlook from the second storey. The house does require reconfiguring, however, and the floorplan is not great in terms of flow. It is well-positioned on the block, though, to accommodate a family room to the rear that will significantly improve the appeal and size. The beautiful Aberfeldie Park and the Maribyrnong River being within walking distance certainly adds to the demand of the area, as does the proximity to the city.
