Comments on 26 Ebden Avenue BLACK ROCK

This is all about the land and the position.  The land rates at 677, however, the hom ein it's current form reduces the rating.  Situated on a large corner block, with entry from Second Street, the rear garden has a fantastic northerly orientation.  The home is liveable, but requires a major upgrade or re-build.  The property could also attract interest from developers, given the size, double street access and posiiton.
