A north facing rear and private, flat backyard of good size are other pluses, along with the street which is pretty and contains mostly period homes of this ilk.  Position is quite good and compliments the house well: close to Auburn South Primary, Auburn Village and Camberwell Junction. Car access could be the main concern here as it is via the rear laneway which is cobbled and a little narrow.
