This classic two storey Victorian terrace sits proud amongst its single storey neighbours on an unusually large size block of land for the precinct. This is an impressive home and offers all the benefits of bay view’s without the noise that come with owning property on Beaconsfield Parade. These views are only available from the third floor but nonetheless the space is large enough for a study or home office. The garden is beautiful and automatically entices you out from the family room. What I do have an issue with is perhaps the size of the family room, kitchen and meals area which for a family might be a little small. The laundry is located in the upstairs bathroom which is far from ideal and may need addressing. The car space on the side is generous for the area and a nice plus (as there is also rer access).
