Comments on 3 Royal Crescent ARMADALE

This is a solid Edwardian home which has been updated to the the rear with a distinct post modern/Mediterranean theme. Although it is livable it is a little unconventional and most may look to update this section. The block enjoys a northern rear orientation, which along with the facade is a key plus. Balanced against this, the lack of car garaging and a smallish backyard area are obvious concerns. The precinct is good, and the house is walking distance to Armadale station and High Street shops - which should underpin this property's value.
