The key plus for this property is the street - it is leafy, quiet and for many people it will be a new discovery. Located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet part of Hawthorn East, you would only come down here if you were visiting friends. It is also close to Camberwell Junction and Anderson Park. Understandably then, properties around here are tightly held. Add to this the fact that the block is a good size and enjoys prized northern rear aspect and the fundamentals very good. The house itself is somewhat understated and for many will be small. A lack of car garaging, ensuite or informal dining area may also be concerns for buyers. However, the single level layout, good bedroom separation and light-and-bright modern open-plan rear living area are the pluses.
