Neat single-level duplex which ideally offers a good low-maintenance, lock-and-leave option for an older couple. Big question for the buyer here could be is the back area big enough? Should be fine for a couple yet for family gathering it could become a bit cramped. Presentation and position is very good here, we would expect competition for this.
