Comments on 318 Hampton Street HAMPTON

The house at 318 Hampton Street is best described as quirky - and some buyers will like it and some won't. The position on a main road and the noise is an issue, although it does have a side street entrance and is very close to the water and shops. Inside, the home feels interesting but it doesn't flow as well as it should. While the master bedroom is downstairs and has good separation from the upstairs bedrooms it is awkwardly positioned. The living areas do work - but for circa $2m home the lack of a garage is a concern. This home is worth looking at, in that it does have a sort of feel and almost all a family needs (sans the garage), but it won't be for everybody.
