As pretty as this house is on first impression (white paint and steep roof pitches will do this for most people), the floor plan is a tricky one. That, along with the deep setback of the house from the street that makes for a deep front yard that is not very private, could mean that many would look to rebuild here (STCA).  Position is not too bad; it is close to Auburn South Primary School, Camberwell Junction, the M1 freeway and north/south and east/west trams.  Clive Road is quite a good one; it is wide but does not carry too much through traffic. It contains mainly larger family homes on single allotments and houses on this side of the street often afford great city views from the rear.  Rated for Land Only.
