Comments on 32 Ryan Street NORTHCOTE

32 Ryan Street is a very nice feeling home, in a great street and in the Northcote High zone. It's close to everything you'd need: parks, shops, cafes, trains and trams - you name it and it is nearby. It looks fabulous and has a lovely period appeal. According to the agent it was renovated and extended in 1992. The flow of the home is good and the bedrooms are a good size and are well-positioned in the home. It does however have a few issues in my opinion: the kitchen is not ideally positioned to keep watch on the kids playing in the backyard, and the main bathroom (which I should add is very nice) is positioned away from the bedrooms and directly opens onto the family room. The property also literally shares a driveway with next door, impacting privacy. This may not be an issue if you really like your neighbour, but potentially a real problem if you don't. How would you feel about this?
