Comments on 33 Everton Grove SURREY HILLS

33 Everton will impress on first impressions. The facade is a charming one and the entrance is welcoming. The floorplan works in its way for now, but many would look to update here in time. There is plenty of scope for that, either by removing the rear flat-roof extension completely and building up, or by making some simple alterations. What could handicap this in time is the lack of opportunity for good covered carparking. Having the park over the back fence is a nice plus and the playground is right there, although I'm not sure how often this would be used by the locals or a casual visitor, as it is bound in to some extent by the tennis club and surrounding properties
