Comments on 350 Richardson Street MIDDLE PARK

This classic single-fronted Victorian terrace has a roof line with an Italian Villa influence that sets it apart from most terraces in the street. When I last visited the property around 18 months ago it was in very poor condition - there were no floors in the front two rooms, just for starters. Since then it has been completely transformed into a small modern home located in one of the area's better streets. The finishes are of a high standard and, with two bedrooms up and two bedrooms down, there is flexibility for couples and families alike. To improve the property's flexibility, the ground floor front bedroom may have more appeal as a second living room. The master bedroom doesn’t have an ensuite which may concern some buyers, although to my way of thinking the design and positioning of the upstairs bathroom still works. The property has rear access and, with some adjustments to the courtyard area, your car could be parked off street if required. Passed in at auction in November last year on a vendor bid of $1.7m with Kay and Burton and now asking $1.8m with Greg Hocking of Greg Hocking Holdsworth.
