This surprisingly spacious home is well-located on a nice wide street near the Malvern Road shops. The house sits quite low, and there a few steps down as you enter, so I initially had the feeling that it was going to be a little compact overall. What a pleasant surprise then to find loads of light coming in from the thoughtfully-placed windows, as well as an abundance of storage throughout – both features that really help make the most of the space. One bedroom downstairs and three up the top will certainly suit a couple who are downsizing, and provide room for guests and grandkids.
