Comments on 39 Canberra Grove BRIGHTON EAST

This is a new townhouse in the St Leonards/Haileybury school precinct that may suit families looking for a low-maintenance option close to school. All the bedrooms are upstairs, thus probably reducing downsizer interest. But separation upstairs is good and there is also a second living space. The double garage felt a bit narrow and may be a bit tight for two large family cars. Some buyers may also find the entrance small.  But the kitchen/family area is a good size, with large windows and great northern light. A similar sized townhouse sold last week in Smith Street, Hampton last week for over $1.5m. This is a better position and Smith Street only had a single garage. But it had a pool and backed onto a park.
