Comments on 4 Francis Crescent GLEN IRIS

Fairly standard builder-spec home which packs in a lot of accommodation and would suit well a modern family. Main bedroom is a really good size and the small study downstairs offers flexibility - could be used by guests as it served by a small bathroom the floor plan flows quite well. Location is not bad (walking distance to Darling Station, High Street shops and Dorothy Laver Reserve and the area is leafy) yet position on the street is a little tricky (almost on the T-intersection with Albion Road - have given red to adjoining properties for this) and being close to the M1, road noise at times could be of concern.
