With only a carport and no access to the house from a garage, some may find it lacks the security that they are after.
This appears to be the best house in the street which could be an issue if looking for financial growth as you are buying a fair bit of house.
I like how this home works although I think the bedrooms are a little small - but it does seems a quality renovation for where it is. Will get the big number - quiet possibly break the barrier - depends on how many WOW homebuyers show up. For me it ticks a few boxes but I would like to see better possie and weaker home for longer term value. Even though this is a fair way out the market is that strong that land or land with dated homes are getting $800,000. It's not a big stretch on ts quality of home to see $1m.
