This is a quality apartment complex, with only four in the block - two up and two down, and a basement garage with lift access to all levels. The apartment offers two good-sized living areas, with the kitchen/familyroom taking advantage of the northern aspect at the front of the home and opening onto a small balcony. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, and the large main bedroom at the rear has a walk in robe and larger ensuite. The home offers quality fixtures and fittings throughout and is well-proportioned, including a wide hallway which adds to the feeling of space.  For gardeners, a concern may be the smallish outside space on the balcony compared to the courtyards of the ground floor apartments below. However, being on the first floor does give more access to light. Beautifully positioned in Brighton's famous 'Golden Mile,' this property is moments from the beach. However, shops and the station may not be walking distance for some buyers. With apartment 2, downstairs, selling early last year, this may be a good starting point to determine value.
