Very good single-level modern home which has been cleverly designed to capture north light into private living areas, on a traditional south-facing rear block. Bedroom separation and the level of appointment are other main pluses here - and being devoid of stairs / internal steps  this would well suit an older or downsizing family.  For some the façade will lack street presence or even visual interest - that said others might like this 'understated' look and is less likely to date in time. Position is good here and very convenient - walking distance to Maling Road shops, Canterbury Train station and a multitude of local parks/schools. While Matlock Street does carry some traffic, No.42 is located at the high (and preferred) end  -would expect this to attract good interest.
